Lynn Topham

Following a successful career in New York and New Jersey residential real estate, Lynn Topham brings her expertise to James Kim Real Estate Professionals at Keller Williams Realty. 

In 2006, she joined Cerberus Capital Management where her expertise grew to encompass worldwide commercial property and sub-lease management (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Orange County, CA, Europe and Asia) as well as multi-million dollar lease negotiations and construction project management. 

A west coast native, who grew up in Texas and California, Lynn has been married to her high school sweetheart for forty years. Raising her children in Conejo Valley, California, she served as president of the Thousand Oaks High School Parent Teacher Student Association and worked to pass important board measures. 

Relocating to New Jersey, Lynn has spent more than a decade gaining valuable commercial and residential real estate experience. Now back in her home state of California, she’s eager to turn her insights into action. Valuing the opportunity to work in the community, Lynn volunteers with the “Feed My Sheep” USDA food share program and looks for other ways to make a positive impact. 

Her “people first” approach to business ensures clients have as an enjoyable a process as possible when undergoing one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. Her personal and professional experiences combined with a team-oriented work ethic brings value to each client.
